Today the Cubs avoided arbitration with 20 of their players with less than 3 years of big league experience. This is two weeks ahead of the March 11th deadline. The terms of the contracts were not disclosed. The top players included in the 20 were, Ryan Theriot, Mike Fontenot, Geovany Soto, and Carlos Marmol. For more info click here.
